Im happy with how quickly I got seen by this vet hospital. My dog jasmine(jaz) cook had a lump on her eye lid that I had been watching for 3 weeks it got big fast i woke up one morning and her eye was sooo red raw i called my old vet who could not see her for days so I called rose avenue and I had a booking the next day and after I got to the appointment I was given and appointment for the day after to have the lump removed . From phone call to the point of surgery/cure was 48 hours or less very impressed because i was very stressed out thinking of my dog in pain. I work in a busy environment and understand that vets are busy also but I felt like they got her in so quickly.

We recently had to put our beloved cat, Harvey, to sleep. The care we received from our vet, Emma, head nurse, Carli and the rest of the team, was outstanding. They went above and beyond with the treatment, caring and monitoring necessary for his heart tumour. Incredible Staff and Vet hospital.Brought my GS puppy in to the team at Rose Ave Vet for her first check up + treatment: with the usual nervousness of an unknown new place. From the moment we arrived they welcomed us in, immediately sensing what my puppy needed, and from there exceeded my expectations in making her feel safe, cared for and welcome. The team were all seamlessly professional, personal and lovely human beings who provided excellent advice and information and treated my puppy with care and gentleness that helped her so much to enjoy the experience. It was a pleasure to meet them, it could not have gone more perfect and I really appreciate their expertise and personalities. I feel confident this is a wonderful Vets for my dogs care for the many years of her life to come, I have no doubts this the case the so many animals in their care. Highly recommend.

Fabulous staff.Ben the vet was awesome with my dog needing a tooth removed because of a fracture, they sent me cute update photos, and kept me updated on how my dog had gone.Ben kept and showed me the tooth to explain to me the signs of the infection that was slowly starting it was super nice and informative and Sophie at the front desk was super nice and welcoming.My dogs doing great now and I was so happy with the care given to her.

Absolutely amazing experience with Dr.Michael and Sophie who were both just lovely. Having just moved my Great Dane Zeus from Canada I was concerned when he suddenly presented with a huge swollen hock. Fearing a bite I called in a panic on New Years Eve and they immediately fit us in. They took every precaution and took such great care of Zeus. I would highly recommend the amazing team at Rose Ave Vet in Coffs Harbour. Thank you from the Hayes Family 💕. Sophie also followed up a few days after our visit to check Zeus’s progress. Very thorough and so genuinely friendly. Love this place and going back for recheck in a few days.

Emma and the crew are such lovely people and treat Hugo and myself like part of the family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Emma also finally cured our chronic ear infections! No trouble for over 6 mths and counting! Soph needs a special mention, she was amazing with both my dogs and helped us through many a hard time. Hugo just loves her.

My gorgeous girl Betty is a new patient of Dr Emma at Rose Avenue Vet. The standard of service and care exceeds all of our previous experiences since moving to Coffs. The clinic staff are friendly and show genuine interest, they even called the next day to check if Betty was feeling ok after her vaccinations. Dr Emma was friendly, caring and professional. Rose Avenue is the most caring vet practice I've ever taken my furbabies to. It's a family practice, so unlike corporates, it's not a revolving door of vets who are unfamiliar with your pets. Very caring, friendly and they are clear upfront about costs. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Super impressed with this veterinary practice, Staff on all levels were accommodating, friendly and reassuring.Our Cavoodle ate a 1/3 portion of a kebab containing onion.We rang and asked for advice and were more than happy advice and treatment obtained.The surgery layoutout was clean comfortable for waiting, etc.The latest Test equipment etc. Enabled comprehensive blood tests to be accurately taken within 15 minutes.We were encouraged to wait in a comfortable room/waiting area (photo attached)EMMA the Vet explained very well what tests/ treatments were necessary and exactly why.We were very pleased with the necessary tests that needed to be completed and are having a follow-up visit in two days time before heading back to Brisbane.Excellent Service the best we’ve had at a veterinary practice.

Excellent care for my cat, as well as my parent's dogs. They always let me wash my hands in the employee bathroom because I have problems with germophobia when carrying the family dog in (I am the sort to wash my hands after pats). They have been carefully monitoring the condition of my cat (who has a strange spot on her eye) and have been performing corrective surgery on my father's puppy (who struggles to see due to very wrinkly skin)

I wish they did human medical too! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cocker spaniel, Winnie. Every single staff member at Rose Avenue Veterinary Clinic is incredibly kind and caring , they treat my puppy as though she were their own. Sophie at the front desk always offers the warmest welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Their communication while Winnie was being desexed, including photos and updates throughout the day, made me feel completely at ease. We are so thankful to have found such a friendly and supportive vet clinic. I highly recommend them, even to those from out of town!

From the moment we walked through the door, the team at Rose Avenue Veterinary Hospital treated our dog like absolute royalty. Winne usually gets a little nervous at the vet, but somehow this magical group of humans turned what’s normally a stressful experience into a tail-wagging adventure!Sophie at front desk greeted us with the biggest smiles (and treats Winnie noticed that part immediately). The technicians were patient, gentle, and genuinely loved our dog like their own. And the veterinarian? Wow. Knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly thorough, they took the time to explain every detail and made sure we understood everything from start to finish. You could just tell they care about animals on a whole different level.Our dog walked out of there happier than when we arrived (how is that even possible at a vet especially after anaesthetic?!). The whole experience made us feel like we were visiting friends who just happen to be superheroes for animals.Thank you to the entire team — you’ve earned lifelong fans in both us and Winnie.
