When he’s not enthusiastically supervising snack time (his favourite part of the day), you’ll often find him gently keeping watch over patients as they wake up from their procedures. He takes his recovery-room duties very seriously, offering quiet companionship and the occasional reassuring purr.
Of course, no CSM would be complete without a little personality. He’s wonderfully cheeky, endlessly curious and has perfected the art of charming treats out of both staff and clients alike.
Whether he’s greeting visitors, boosting staff morale, or ensuring every food bowl in the building is thoroughly quality-checked, our CSM plays a very important role, reminding us all that a little warmth, humour and a good snack can make any day better.
