Head Veterinarian
Emma brings over a decade of veterinary experience and a deep commitment to compassionate, whole-pet care. Her career has taken her across the globe. From mixed and small animal practices throughout Sydney and regional NSW, to volunteer veterinary work in the Galapagos Islands.
With a strong interest in both medicine and surgery, Emma has undertaken additional training in orthopaedic procedures to broaden the care she can provide.
She is also an IVAS-qualified veterinary acupuncturist. A title held by only a small number of vets in Australia. This advanced certification involves extensive study and rigorous examination, reflecting her dedication to complementary therapies.
Emma has a special interest in holistic health, with a focus on how all body systems interconnect. She works closely with clients to tailor treatment plans that feel right for both them and their pets, whether using Western medicine, Eastern approaches, or a thoughtful combination of both.
Her favourite patients? The golden oldies. Emma finds great joy in helping senior pets enjoy comfort, dignity, and love in their twilight years.
Outside of work, Emma and her husband Athos stay busy raising their two beautiful daughters along with a much-loved menagerie of pets.
